Why Choose Dul Legal

What We Bring to Your Situation

We believe that legal support should feel orderly, not overwhelming. Here is what you can expect from working with us.

Focused Pension Knowledge

Our work centres specifically on pension matters. That focus means deeper familiarity with relevant Thai and international frameworks than a general practice can offer.

A Pace Set by You

We never rush a client. If you need time to review documents, ask further questions, or simply think things through, that time is yours without pressure.

Plain Language Throughout

Legal documents can feel dense. We translate what matters into clear, everyday language at each stage so you always know where things stand.

Strict Confidentiality

Your pension information is handled with care and disclosed only where necessary for your matter. We take data obligations seriously.

Bangkok-Based Access

Conveniently located in Khlong Toei, with straightforward access for clients across central Bangkok. Remote consultations are equally available.

Transparent Fees

Our three service tiers are priced clearly. There are no hidden additions. You know the cost before any work begins, and you choose what is right for your needs.

Your Next Step

Would a Quiet Conversation Help?

If you have questions about a pension matter and are not yet sure of your options, an initial consultation is a comfortable place to start — no commitment beyond the session itself.

Questions

Things Clients Often Ask

If your question is not below, please feel free to reach out directly.

What types of pension matters do you handle? +
We work with matters involving Thai government and private pension entitlements, employer pension disputes, pension claims following a change in employment or residency, and situations where someone is uncertain about their pension rights after living or working abroad.
How long does a typical consultation take? +
An Initial Pension Consultation is usually between 45 and 90 minutes. We do not restrict the time artificially — if you have more questions, we work through them at your pace within the session.
Do I need to bring documents to an initial consultation? +
Bringing any relevant letters, pension statements, or employer communications is helpful but not required. We can work with whatever you have available. If a follow-up service is considered, we will guide you on what may be useful to gather.
Can you assist clients who live outside Bangkok? +
Yes. Remote consultations are available via video call or telephone for clients elsewhere in Thailand or abroad. Many aspects of claim preparation and correspondence can be handled entirely without an in-person visit.
How are fees structured — are there any additional charges? +
Each service is priced as stated. We discuss the scope of work before it begins and agree any additional elements in writing. You will not find charges appearing without prior discussion and your agreement.
What is the difference between Claim Preparation and Comprehensive Support? +
Claim Preparation focuses on preparing and submitting a defined claim or response. Comprehensive Support is suited to situations that are still developing — where ongoing correspondence, representation over time, or a broader case review is likely to be needed.
How do I know which service is right for me? +
If you are unsure, the Initial Pension Consultation is usually the right starting point. After speaking together, we can outline what, if anything, a further service would involve — and you decide whether to proceed.
