Our Company

A Practice Built Around Patience and Precision

Dul Legal was established to offer something particular: pension law advice that treats every client as an individual, not a case number.

Our Story

How Dul Legal Came to Be

Dul Legal was founded in Bangkok by practitioners who had spent years working within larger legal structures and kept returning to the same observation: clients navigating pension matters often felt lost — not because their situations were complicated beyond understanding, but because no one had taken the time to explain things carefully.

The firm was set up in response to that gap. Rather than building a broad-based practice, Dul Legal was shaped around a single focus: pension-related legal matters in Thailand. That deliberate narrowness means we are not spread thin across unrelated areas of law. What we do, we do with care.

Our offices sit in Khlong Toei, on Rama IV Road — accessible from most central parts of Bangkok, and available remotely for those who prefer it.

Our Mission

What We Are Here to Do

Pension matters carry real weight. They involve financial security that people have worked towards over many years, often across different employers, countries, or employment arrangements. When questions arise — or when a claim becomes necessary — the experience should not add stress on top of what already exists.

Our mission is to provide legal support that is clear without being simplified, thorough without being overwhelming, and always conducted at a pace the client finds comfortable. We never push a next step; we lay out what the options are and let you decide.

Every client at Dul Legal receives the same baseline: a proper hearing, plain-language explanations, and a process that treats their situation with the seriousness it deserves.

How We Work

Professional Standards We Maintain

Our approach to quality is not a checklist — it is built into how we handle every matter.

Thai Bar Association Compliance

All legal work conducted at Dul Legal adheres to the standards set by the Lawyers Council of Thailand and relevant professional conduct rules.

Client Confidentiality Protocol

Information shared in consultations and during matter handling is treated with strict confidentiality. We discuss data handling at first contact and document our approach in writing.

Clear Scope Before Work Begins

We set out in writing what a service will cover before commencing. Changes to scope are agreed with the client, not assumed. There are no surprises in the final account.

PDPA Data Compliance

We handle personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. Client data is stored securely and not shared with third parties except where required for your matter.

Plain-Language Communication

Legal terminology is translated into clear English at every point. We do not hide behind professional language when a simpler explanation will serve you better.

Pension Law Focus

We do not take on work outside our core area. That focus means our knowledge of pension-related frameworks remains current and our attention stays where it belongs.

Our Expertise

Pension Law Support in Bangkok and Beyond

Thailand's pension landscape draws together several distinct frameworks — the Social Security Fund, the Government Pension Fund, the National Savings Fund, and employer-managed provident funds — alongside obligations that can arise for those with pension entitlements in other countries. For most people, navigating any of these alone, particularly when something has gone wrong or needs to be formally presented, is neither straightforward nor comfortable.

Dul Legal works with individuals who find themselves needing clarity or action within these systems. We handle initial consultations for those who simply want to understand their position, full claim preparation and authority correspondence for those with an active matter, and long-term case support for situations that require steady engagement over time.

Our location in Khlong Toei places us within central Bangkok, with good access from surrounding districts and easy transport links for those coming from elsewhere in the city. For clients living in other parts of Thailand or abroad, all three service tiers can be delivered remotely without any loss of quality or care.

Dul Legal is a small firm by intention. We believe that pension matters — which often involve financial security built over decades — deserve individual attention rather than a production-line approach. Our team reviews each situation carefully, communicates progress honestly, and works at a pace that the client finds manageable.
